Camp Includes Practices, Summer League & 2 Tournaments & a Summer League Jersey
These forms are MANDATORY to attend High School Summer Camp
Code of Conduct, Athletic Clearance (Physical Needed), Concussion Protocal
Payment Information
Foothill Basketball Fee: $300 - Can be paid via Venmo, Check (payable to Foothill Basketball) or Cash on Registration Day
Summer Rec Fee: $250 - Will be collected via Check Paid to TUSD on the day of Registration
